Correction of Review - Spikes too small

I posted a bad review on the spikes and have discovered that the error was on my end. The 1/32 drill I purchased was actually .045 inches instead of .031. All of my previous purchases from Banjo Ben have been 5 Star. Everyone please disregard my Spikes Too Small review.

Spikes too small

The spikes you sent were .029 inches in diameter, a 1/32 inch drill is .03125 inch diameter. My spikes just fall into the hole. Did you send the wrong spikes, or the specify the wrong drill size? These are definitely not the same spikes used in the video. Not a good look with the hole in my fingerboard.

Really good quality spikes, but even better that that was the customer service. The young man that confirmed my shipping info was also VERY insightful and helpful. He gave great instruction about how to install the spikes. Great people to deal with!!!
