Fedex lost my first package and placed the replacement package in a snow bank where it got hit by a snow plow. Through all of this Fedex nightmare the people at Burrfection kept communicating with me and making it right. It was not their fault that Fedex handled my packages so poorly. The products I purchased a very high quality.

Like the creator of this store said in one of his videos, choosing your brand of whetstones is not as important as having the skill to sharpen your blade. Although it took me a while to learn the angles and muscle memory, this set can produce a beautiful edge. Great value for the whole set, would recommend the six-piece to correct very dull blades.
