I had heard about this brand of pasta being S tier and it didn’t disappoint! It took a few minutes longer than the dried pasta that you’re probably used to, but once cooked, just wow. The texture is toothsome and the way the sauce clings to and inside the pasta is unlike any other. Totally sold and I’m so happy I was able to find someplace that I could purchase it from. Supermarket Italy shipped quickly and I’ll def return to order more. 🩵
