My path to rope flow was kettlebell, Indian clubs, steel mace, heavy clubs all leading to rope flow. Gotta keep moving and using my noggin and these functional training methods work both ways. I love my rope, the black and cream dog in the background does too, he ate the cap on the end of one handle. I have been at this less than a week, but so far I am having lots of fun with it. It can be a good warm up but it also works as a stand alone workout. Give it a go you won’t regret it.
