My New Fav Black Beans
These were excellent! I cooked a whole bag in an Instapot Pressure Cooker and the texture was perfect. I froze some in the broth for later.

Heirloom Oaxaca Black Beans
excellent. the beans remind me so much of my Borenquen roots and time there. They make the best arroz y habituelas that I've tasted since Puerto Rico. Thank you, and when I need more I'll certainly ask!
