Excellent Mole

Since I've first tried Mole, I have been in love with its flavors. It's very difficult to find what I see as authentic Mole with the depth and quality of flavor. Even in many places here in SF they will have Mole on the menu but many fall short. The Mole starters from Guelaguetza never fall short and are always as flavorful as Mole should be. And the flavors last for days to be used in: - eggs - dipping for quesadillas - sauce for enchiladas - and more Simply delicious.

From one chef to another . . .

Many years ago, I was a sous chef of an incredible Mexican restaurant. Although I have a completely different career, I could make mole from scratch with the best of them. But why, when Guelaguetza does such an incredible job that save me days of work? I will say, for best results, make homemade broth.
