I made a mistake and had to send the pans right back through UPS with permission by calling and receiving a return label. I have not as yet received a refund. Thank you for helping.

great cookware, the bottom plate underneath pans heats very well and ensures even cooking temps across the pan and the nonstick surface works very well. Only complaint is I do not understand why they didnt place a full slot at end of handle to enable hanging on hooks. Instead there is a half empty hole witrh one side covered.
