The remote works fine;the problem is that I don't need two remotes. After I placed the Waver Vibration Plate into my cart, there was a pop-up suggesting that I might be interested in a remote. Naturally, I assumed that this must mean that the original purchase did not include the remote, so I added it to my cart. Now I have an extra remote and I obviously made an unnecessary purchase, which leaves me with a negative impression of your company.
