This is the best part of my day - chai tea time. I use stove top method - chai pot, tablespoon of honey chai, ad 1 cup boiling water simmer on medium for 10 minutes, then add 1 cup of your favourite milk (I like oat or a mixture of oat and almond) and simmer for another 10 minutes. Then strain into your favourite cup. Enjoy with a good book. I have one in the morning and one at night and never let myself run out.
