Sensors are Great but the app needs some changes

You need to make the app easier to select when you are away vs home. I could not figure out how to do it and had to call. The tech walked me through the process BUT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT WAS DONE!!! You have no easy instructions nor selections. MAKE THIS APP EASIER TO SELECT WHEN YOU JUST WANT AN ALERT WHEN YOUR AWAY OR HOME.

Door sensor

Although not designed for this use, I placed this on refrigerator door since the refrigerator alarm is too high a frequency to hear. Opening the door will trigger an alert from Alexa that the refrigerator door is open. It would be helpful if this could be triggered after a certain duration of the door being open and also replay once a minute until the door is closed
