Great stuff

Used one pack for 23 L / 7 KG all molasses wash and got 8.2% ABV. Fermentation was quick @ 30°C and produced nice esters you expect in a rum. Pot Distilled & flavours have come through nicely. Repeated above with second wash and packet of yeast with dunder & first ferment sediment and got exactly the same ABV wash & results. Very consistent & great results.

Great yeast

Made a rum wash with dark brown sugar. This yeast chewed through all of it. Fantastic.
