Mounted this little thing behind the driver's seat in the back of that gladiator put the microphone wrapped around the box couple times and hooks it up on towards it windshield with one of them stretch out microphone things love it don't have any trouble with the speaker in the microphone loud and very very clear good radio great for the Jeep gladiator

Perfect for this application.

Using Ham Radio, GMRS and CB all in the cramped cockpit of a JEEP Wrangler is difficult. Using compact gear makes it easier. Knowing the quality of the Uniden brand makes the decision EASY. This radio is equal to the Cobra 75 WXST in performance. But the Uniden CMX760 is more pleasing ergonomically and has a much better display. As a communications and electronics professional, I heartily recommend the Uniden CMX760.

Compact, All-in-one Device

I've had this radio in my 2018 Silverado for a few weeks now. The display is easy to read when in-hand (my mounting location makes it a little difficult to read when stowed) but having all of the buttons on the handset makes it very easy to use even while driving. The buttons are well placed/spaced and respond to reasonable press. The Wx function is a nice touch as well as the "Alert" feature. For my purposes the built-in speaker is sufficient. The options for ANL/Low Cut and "Local" (band narrowing/noise reduction) are also nice to have. My only complaint is the squelch controls are not as robust as a dial-type. There are only 7 setting levels. There needs to be more like 10 or 12.
