First of all I love that this is in a glass bottle. Anything to help reduce microplastics. As for the magnesium oil itself, it's really helped with tension in my lower back. For me it's almost immediate relief. I highly recommend this Magnesium oil!

I love the mRelease spray magnesium oil. It seems to calm and relax me. I put it on my feet before I go to bed. My feet absorbs it quickly so I don’t feel like anything is getting on my sheets. I feel like I sleep better. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
