So far so good

I've been using this since I received it in the mail. (Delivery was timely). I do feel like it is making a difference overall, especially in helping my sleep. But I do notice a calm now versus an more of a consistent "go go go." It is hard to describe. I will continue for awhile to see if it keeps working.

Helped at bedtime

I have enjoyed taking this at bedtime. I think it helps me wind down.
