Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks

Wonderful flavor

My diet is limited, so I am using the cinnamon with my Monk Fruit/Allulose for cinnamon toast. If I ever get well enough to be able to bake again, I plan to make cinnamon rolls, pin wheels and all of the favorites that I am craving.
