Nothing "heat 'n eat" about these

These biscuits were shipped in the form of raw dough that you had to bake. They were not pre-cooked so you could just "heat 'n eat" them. Mine arrived completely thawed and a mess. Both pans were just huge blobs of dough smashed to one side of the pan. There was no salvaging this dough. Both pans had to be thrown in the trash. The glass jars of jam all arrived intact though. The cafe returned half of the price of this product to me.
