No hassle, fast delivery and cooled better than expected. Would definitely recommend TOSOT to anyone looking for a portable air conditioner.

Not so cool

The wifi feature has glitches, not a big deal since I had not planned to really use the feature, only purchased the model because the one without WIFI was sold out. I am using this in a small bedroom but still has to work hard to keep it cool. The remote does not work well. I have a TOSOT window AC, never any problems with remote, which looks the same, do not know why this one doesn’t really work well, new batteries, so that not the issue.
