This is the first time I have used the Brainspan product to test my degree of inflammation. Through Get off my sugar reading, I was introduced to this test kit, I took the cognitive test and together with a blood sample received an extensive report with some definite room for improvement. I’m following a no sugar diet and plan on retesting in three months to track my improvement.
