Product great, communication lacking

The product is delicious and I rely on it as a supplement for nutrients almost every day. The communication from Soylent leaves a lot to be desired. They have a texting system set up for my orders that will tell me "we are working on your order next" but if your order is out of stock, the texting will not update you about that. So youll get messages about them working on your order and then you wont receive product for 2 or 3 weeks before looking into it and then notice they have ANOTHER backorder. Looks like the backorder notice comes in an email. Emailing an update after texting the first update is not helpful and feels almost diabolically shady. Suggestions since I dont like complaining without a solution: Please add a spot to select a 2nd preference to fill automatically in case of your order being out of stock and also update your texting system to add that extra update so we can know when our product isnt really shipping.

Life saving!

I am a caregiver for someone who has difficulty eating and getting enough calories throughout the day. These shakes are pretty much saving his life and making him feel much better. Thanks so much for creating these, it’s exactly what he needs to stimulate his appetite during the day and get him to start eating.

Love the product

The only thing that would bake it better if if you would stop having inventory issues. For the last several months I haven't been able to get chocolate, vanilla and strawberry every month. Some are out of stock when I order forcing me to double up on other flavors. Each month is different so I have to cancel my subscription and open a new one for the other flavor
