It was good. Wasn’t great. Marbling wasn’t even good? I don’t know if this is Vermont wagyu (the brand) comma tomahawk. Or Vermont wagyu tomahawk. First one makes make sense and maybe my expectations were higher than it should’ve been.

No better beef. We used to buy from the big meat houses in New York City. Vermont Wagyu is every bit as good if not better than anything we purchased there. We are a solid customer.

The Best Wagyu Steak Ever!
