Great
Extremely tender and very good favor. First time cooking one so needed to adjust cooking time. Took a little longer to cook to medium rare than I thought it would. Very tasty.

4th order, never disapointed!
This was my fourth order for Picanha (3-5 per order) which I use when hosting parties, many guests have never had Wagyu and cannot say enough about how spectacular this beef is. I always order one more than I think I will need so I have some for myself afterwards!

Worth every penny
Got the Picanha. Marbling is a beauty. Sliced it into thick steaks and grilled it. Wow was it delicious and tender!! Will do again. Worth every penny.
