Used it many times as the wind is not your friend. I use 2 chair ankers for each chair, stool, table and bench but had modified with an additional ground spike on each anchor set along with a S-biner to attached on to a fix object on hard grounds.

Good addition to have but needs more. In windy condition, the chair will flip. I added another anchor plus an additional ground stake to hold better also a “S” biner to tether the chair on my pelican case as an option.
