I was so grateful the part was available. It was easy to assemble and it arrived quickly. This hose reel is easy to use and attractive. I've had it for years and now with the handle replaced, it's as good as new.

Replacement handle

The reel has been used three to four times a day to roll 100 foot of heavy garden hose to water our equine family members. After eight years the retaining ring in the handle gave up the ghost. I was greatly relieved that replacement parts are readily available. The reel is back to normal in two days and ready for another eight years of hard labor.

Items arrived as expected and in good condition. These were replacement parts used to repair hose reels where the handles came off. We locktited the bolts this time.
