I Love This Company
We lost the screw that holds the spindle in place and the folks at Eley covered it under warranty. The website is super easy and the hose reel is a high-quality, heavy duty piece of equipment. The hose hookup actually works, unlike other hose reels we’ve tried.

excellent service
provided replacement parts free of charge on warrenty despite me actually paying for them on line. They realized I was on warranty and refunded the payment. I had the parts in less than 5 days. Fantastic service on the best hose and hose reels I've ever seen

Support their product
I had a part that broke and ordered a replacement. Eley saw the order, realized I was in the warranty period, and shipped the part very quickly at no cost. Could not be more pleased.
