Deep bright color is always a YES
Okay so I tried this without the thin white coat underneath and I still love the color. It’s a deeper color than pictured but easily can see that rectified with a white base coat. In the winter I love my deep dark colors and then in the spring/summer some brighter deep colors and this is one of them. I will say outside in natural light it appears brighter. Definitely one of my go to Caribbean vacation colors.

Darker than it appears
It's a pretty color but is darker than it appears online. So it doesn't fit my particular taste or aim when I purchased it. It has lasted well, a bit more than a week, before a touchup was needed and spread well on my toenails when used with a base.
