A favorite!
I love the color blue. But, navy shades are my favorite. This one is my favorite color when I want the navy blue. It’s perfect!

DURABLE, solid color
Deep, dark blue color that STAYS. I wore a base coat, two coats of this, and ella+mila top coat for at least a week plus a full day at the beach, barefoot in the sand, and they DID NOT CHIP!
