My favorite go-to coffee of all time

Teodoro's Roast has become my standard. I realized I'm an Italian-style roast kind of person and medium-dark is my favorite roast profile. I love light, medium and dark, but there’s something about a roasty, nutty, chocolatey cup of coffee on a cool morning. This roast makes me think of sitting by the fireplace or receiving a warm hug from my Nonna. The only reason I deducted a star is they did away with the smaller bags that were perfect. Also, there's been times when the brew tasted flat or stale. I did everything to spec with the weighing, grinding and brewing, but sometimes this roast is inconsistent in flavor. I wish it was roasted-to-order, as well. Sometimes, I've received bags that were nearly 2 weeks from the roast date. The other dozen online shops I order from are within a week of roasting by the time they arrive. I wish Nossa Familia was in AZ. I would go there weekly and buy my beans straight from the store. Great stuff.
