Nice espresso blend

I enjoyed trying this medium roast blend for espresso. I use a Linea Mini and initially the shots pulled very fast despite the finest setting on my grinder (Specialita Mignon). But Sarah came through for me right away with an adjustment in the brew recipe to allow for a slower pour. Nicely balanced espresso! Thank you Sarah! The customer service from ONDA is the best I have ever experienced from any coffee shop.

Consistent + Delicious

I had been using the Tusitala / Espresso beans for the last year in my home espresso machine and wow! Every batch is consistently fresh and delicious. I look forward to that espresso every morning!
