13-inch Yanagiba, Kuro Series Knife Set & Steak Knife Set

Great set of knives, dont have much use for the 13 inch blade but the steak knives are excellent. The flat blade is great for root vegetables. Highly reccomend.

Have only used the steak knives so far very sharp keep A-sharp edge and looking forward to using the other knives

I love the feel of it and how it handles it’s an amazing accessory to my collection
