Item is very nice. It feels like I’m getting a reflexology treatment

When I first received the product, I didn't receive the power supply. It was useless at that point. I contacted Snailax's customer service, and they directed me to their website to fill out a claim. The site wouldn't recognize my order number for some odd reason, so I sent another email to the customer service. I didn't receive any reply after 2 emails, so I came here and left them a 1 start review. Later that same day, I received the power supply in the mail. My only issue is with the heat function. Just like with the other massager I purchased, it doesn't get very hot. It does get warmer than the hand-held massager. Overall, I'd say I'm happy with the purchase.

It's terrible as a foot massage! Made my neuropathy worse. Not worth the money.
