Well this is the third one since Christmas. The first one was a gift for my wife. It worked for about a week. Then quit. Bought a second one, because my wife liked it, and that one quit working a little over a week. Both came ftim Amazon. Returned both for credit. So here i am ordering number 3 straight from manufacturer. One star.

Very comfortable. Works well with plenty of heat which i need. If I'm in bed, this is always on. Great product and a cheaper price than on Amazon.
