Band Wrap

I love my Gorilla Bow. I just celebrated one year of its regular 3-4 day a week use. Although the pad that i just purchased does not work for me. I need 3-4 times the amount of padding it provides. I'll keep it for backup when my original one wears out

I am a senior citizen that has done strength training for most of my life. As you get older certain conditions like arthritis can make training more difficult. The Gorilla Bow is easier on my joints and allows me to stay consistent in my workouts. The accessories like the band wrap and band handles allows you to create more variety in exercising the different muscle groups.
