I got heat mats to go with the light stands I already had. I ordered biquinho peppers again because they were so great last year. My peppers are starting with a high germination percent despite starting in a cold cellar and I'm thrilled.

It Doesn't Work

I have the mat in the house @ 71° ambient, the controller is set for 78° but it never reaches any more than 1° to 2° above ambient, if that much. Right now it's reading 70.1°.
