Vitamin D and Me

I’d have to stop taking it and monitor results to really say for certain how it’s affecting me. For now I say it’s helping. I take it for mood. S.A.D. is a thing. I’ve been able to see the beauty of fall, and its colors, showing us how beautiful it can be to let go. I’m vigilantly coaxing my mind to “keep out the way”. I’m gonna keep taking vitamin D though.

I trust this brand and they are easy to order. I wish the packaging was more eco friendly but the vitamin itself is great!
