My granddaughter made it for Mothers Day and it was delicious!! Then a friend of hers was sick so she took her some and she also loved it. Her friend is from the south and wants to learn how to make it. Also they all loved the salsa too.

The posole was so delicious! It was chewy but not gummy, and we loved smelling it as it was cooking. I use my grandmother's recipe as she used to live in New Mexico, using dried red Chiles off my ristra.
