Both myself and my daughter use this product. We both suffered from high cortisol levels in the morning in particular. Taking this supplement at bedtime has relieved our morning cortisol symptoms. I highly recommend this product.

So, the combination of one Cortisol Manager capsule, and a spray of the Redisorb Melatonin spray product I also purchased, seems to have finally done the trick! For a whole week now, I have not gotten up in the middle of the night to either just wake up, or use the bathroom. Sleeping for 7 hours is quite unheard for me, so I am grateful to finally find a good combo.
