Amazing accessory to watering system

I have a really awesome rain water harvesting set-up on my chicken coops. The gutters flow directly into a large rain barrel, and then I drilled a hole to accept the water tank connector and water hose from Hatching Time to automatically gravity feed into a nipple water pipe into the coop. I NEVER have to refill the chicken coop waterer since it's completely automated. When I was doing some maintenance / moving around one time, I had to disconnect the water hose and experienced some leakage before I could quickly stop up the hose with and end plug. Then I added this water valve and I have complete flexibility and control to turn it off and on whenever I want without any leaking. This is the perfect solution to any water system you have when utilizing Hatching Time's incredible accessories!
