Very easy for things to get stuck in the tracks and prevent it from closing. Also with the string a predator just needs to pull the string and the door will open without some kind of latch. When it does work, it's a really nice device to offload some of your work.

It will freeze up on cold mornings but is super convenient most of the time.

Nice quality! Only problem is I got duped $89 for wheels that were never delivered. Bought a promo they had for complete set but the wheels were missing. Emailed twice with no reply. I even gave them a few days after to email after the promised date to ship in April 22. So, be careful and do your due diligence. I won’t buy again or recommend after this experience.
