The warming pads go from too hot to cool too quckly, and are not comfortable to doze off in but for a couple of minutes it can be soothing.

I work night shifts often and I also get dry, tired eyes all the time. It makes such a difference to heat these up super quickly and wear this mask to sleep. My eyes are so much more rested and awake when I wake up and it feels divine as I'm going to bed.
