Hojicha Bar (Milk Chocolate with Roasted Green Tea & Toasted Rice)

This chocolate was a joy to have. The tea flavor came through. It was strong, distinct, and exactly what I wanted it to be. It was delicious, but very expensive. I wish I could buy this bar more often. The price makes me hesitant on whether I would buy this again. It would be reasonable for it to be $10, not $15.
