Hard Seltzer Brewing Kit

Disappointed in flavor.

Enjoyed the process of creating this seltzer. Today was day 28. Chilled it down and was eager to taste the watermelon seltzer. I was happy to hear the sound and f the bottle open, but was so disappointed when I tasted it. No watermelon flavor at all. I was concerned when I was flavoring after the 14 day fermentation period. I was questioning how such a small amount of flavoring could properly flavor one gallon. I hit my answer when I tasted my batch. 28 days to wait for what was a huge disappointment!
