These are great and actually do help with PMS symptoms. I’m peri-menopausal and struggling with anxiety. This product calms my nerves and makes me feel good overall. I will keep using.

I’m a believer. My periods cramps are usually bad enough that I have to take an Aleve 2-3 days at the beginning of my period, and I usually get bloated and tender during the days around ovulation. These supplements are really helping me. For days where the pain is worse, I take 3-4 capsules at a time. I haven’t had to take Aleve at all for 2 months now, and have noticed an improvement in mood too.
