Deoxyribose Scalp Serum

The hidden recurring charges completely ruin the customer experience. I made what I believed was a regular purchase, only to later discover recurring monthly charges associated with it. To make matters worse, canceling the subscription is not clear or straightforward — I could not even find a functional cancellation option on their website. Regardless of the product itself, this kind of experience destroys customer trust. Recurring subscriptions and charges should be presented clearly and prominently at checkout, not in a way that leaves customers surprised when another charge appears later. I would have been much more likely to purchase from Aparthy again if the transaction had been transparent. Instead, this experience made me cancel everything and remove my payment information from the site. A good product should create repeat customers because they want to come back — not because they unknowingly ended up with recurring charges.

I did not order this. my original order set me up for a subscription to this product monthly and I do not want any additional products or charges to my card. this entire debacle is unprofessional and misleading.

Fake und Briefkastenfirma. Ausserdem hängt ein verstecktes Abo dran.
