Great Product, Shipping Needs Improvement

I’ve been a customer of Hippie Farms and have appreciated your omega-3 supplements. However, my most recent order took over a week to arrive, and the delivery date kept changing multiple times. I was initially told it would arrive on Saturday, but it was repeatedly pushed out and didn’t arrive until the following Saturday. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of reliability and limited support response was disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback because shipping reliability is important for customers who rely on supplements consistently. I hope you’ll consider reviewing your shipping vendor, as this experience ultimately led me to look elsewhere.
