This stuff came on slow, but once it started, it ate like crazy, i have the batch in the secondary fermenter now, looking great?

It does a great job!

This yeast improves fermentation so much it is amazing. I do recommend leaving additional head space. If you are fermentating in a 6 gallon carboy, use at least a 6.5 gallon. This is an exceptionally active fermentation.
