Hop bag was fine but grain bag was damaged

The hops bag I ordered was perfectly fine, the grain bag was torn at the bottom. I made it work by tying it off but it was a tight squeeze to fit my grains for a partial mash batch I was working on. I’m sure it was a manufacturer’s defect but it would have been nice to have a whole bag to work with.
