A wise choice

I allowed the fermentation process to take the full 4 weeks as recommended. The results however are delicious. I decided to keg my seltzer for more controlled carbonation. I’d highly recommend this if you have a bit of patience.

A good brew ,easy and simple . But I would like a little more grapefruit flavor . I love grapefruit .

First Time Hard Seltzer Brewer

I'm just 2 weeks into the first batch, but so far it's a much different fermentation activity than Red wines. Just not a lot of activity comparatively. I did do a secondary fermentation. Now waiting out two more weeks til bottling. Will keep you advised.
