Pomegranate Wine

Pomegranate wine is very tasty & probably one of my favorite wines. I only wish there were more flavors of the Island mist kits.

Excellent flavor

Not at the bottling stage quite yet. The wine just wasn’t clearing like I hoped. Sediment was still on the sides of the carboy. So I added the Sparkloid solution. Gave it a week. Still wasn’t quite where I hoped it would be. So I racked it again and added another Sparkloid treatment and more sediment is clearing. Hoping this will get it crystal clear now. The flavor is fabulous. No need for sweetening to my standards.

Flavor Excellent

This is a great tasting kit but versus the other kits I've bought this is exceptionally hazy.
