Wyeast 1272 American Ale II Yeast

I prefer dry yeast which is cheaper and a little easier, but this what they are pushing.

It was not a bad thing! Great active batch! When I use this yeast I always use a blowoff tube.

Super flavor and always does the job well.

Great yeast flavor, always dependable fermentation and I prefer it to dry yeast. I can’t imagine a better yeast!
