1 good, the other, not so much

I ordered two packages. One looked good but the other was crystalized. May have been old. Stilled seemed to work OK.

Well, it was certainly sugar.

Package arrived quickly, nothing was damaged. It's sugar solution, so there isn't much to say, qualitatively, about it. My one complaint is the regular emails asking me to provide a review of a sugar or a pound of specialty grain. Seriously, Midwest - I love ya, but don't nag me. :)
